saying goodbye & selling my car (Volvo XC90 D5 2008)

Hello Hashers,

I'm sad to say I won't be long in Gaborone. After nearly 2 years, it's time for me to move on. K3H was my first exposure to the Hash, and I'll be taking fond memories with me. I hope to make at least one more hash before I depart in a couple weeks.

Forgive the abuse of the mail list (you can't be mad at me for long), please see the attached notice regarding my car for sale. It's a 2008 Volvo XC90 D5 with 149,200km. I'm asking P140,000 or best offer in the next week or so.

Hi All

Sunday April 27th hash details below. [It is the nearest run to St George's day and Shakespeare's birthday if you want something to celebrate!] John and I will be out of mobile range in Madikwe until Saturday.

Very much looking forward to hosting the hash on Sunday.

 

10am start we will  be promoting a bring and braai at our house. Could anyone easily bring along an additional BBQ? Our one should be big enough if not, it's not a major problem.

 

The house is at Plot 5548, Nhute Close, Partial, Extension 18

 

 

Hashers coming from the Western Bypass, head towards the Bull & Bush on Willie Seboni road and continue over the crossroads onto Julius Nyerere Drive – it is then first left onto Ntole followed by third left onto Nhute Close.

Hashers coming from the Mosque roundabout, head north past the Golf Club and turn left at the traffic lights onto Julius Nyerere Drive. It is the fourth right turn (at the medical lab/shopping mall because there is no right turn onto Ntlole road). Take the fourth left onto Letototo and follow it to the end and you will see the house straight ahead of you.

All appropriate signage and decoration will be visible. If you past Poo on your right hand side, you are almost at our house. The road outside and surrounding grass verges offers very safe parking with a security guard wandering around (usually), but there is limited parking space within the gate if you'd prefer.

Hash for Sunday 13th April at 10am set by Brad and Angelina aka Jill and Johannes

Address - Plot 96, State House Dr. (The southern tail end of North Ring Rd. that dead ends at the State House)

From the CBD head North on Nelson Mandela Rd. 

turn right on Independence then carry-on toward Main Mall until you get to the first robot at the intersection of Independence and North Ring. 

Turn right toward State House plots 96 is the second house on left.

We are opposite the Chinese Embassy, between the State House boom gate and Independence Rd.

If all else fails, find out where the President lives & take it from there!
