KH3 Run: Sunday 2nd January 2011 @ 9.30am

This week's run will be from Viagra's house - plot 27925, Lerula Crescent, Block 3.
It will be on Sunday 2nd January @ 9.30am.

The on-in will be a BRING & BRAAI.

Directions to the run:
Coming down the Western Bypass from Phakalane towards Game City, pass the Barclays Circle (that is the one where you would turn left towards Broadhurst Industrial).
Take the first left after the Barclays Circle off the Western Bypass.
Then take the first left again.
And then take the first left yet again.
And Voila!

Of course, there is more than one way to skin a cat as they say, so check your map books, your GPS's or whatever to make it there another way.

If lost, call Viagra (aka Dave) on 392 2402.

BOXING DAY Run 1487 - Sunday 26th December 2010

The democratic process at Run 1486 decided upon the timing of the Boxing Day run – i.e. Jock told us that it should be at 10:00 (a.m.)

Location is Kgale Siding, where the No 1 Ladies Opera House is. For those of you who don' know where that is – head South from the Game Roundabout as though you were going to Lobatse (or anywhere else south of Gaborone). About 2.5km after the roundabout there is a turn to the left, marked St Joseph's college and Kgale Siding. There will be a hash sign there. Follow that road, past the entrance to the school and on over the railway. The road bears right, and about 500m further you will find the opera house. Our house is the one on the other side of the office gates.

We'll aim to start the run at 10:00 and you can bring and braai afterwards – probably best to bring something to sit on for that. For the run itself bring a hat and some water. We will make a tour of this side of the dam, so it is a bush run. There is a "pleasantly refreshing" pool here should you wish to bring your bathing kit.

Run 1486 - Monday 20th December 2010

Hi Hashers

Monday's run will start from the car park at George's Bar (supposedly about to re-open) at 18.00hrs. 6.00p.m. for the oldies.

The circle and food provided by the Hash will be at Plot 8483 just behind George's Bar. There is not a lot of parking  at my house so some of you may have to leave your cars at George's Bar or be spread right along the street.

Please bring tables and chairs.  No need for plates etc.

Directions:

Heading north past the Gabs Sun on your right, come to the first set of lights and turn right.  Drive past the Game Park entrance to the circle, right at the circle, then first left - there is a sign to Broadhurst School on the corner. Continue until you come to the school on the right and a big car park and shops on the left and you are there

Coming from Nelson Mandela going north turn right at the Breweries (or left if you are coming from the airport direction).  Straight at the next set of lights, straight at the circle, first left - sign for Broadhurst School.  Continue until you come to the school on the right and a big car park and shops on the left and you are there.
