For those not initiated in the local languages: Braai: (noun): a ritual of cremating meat on a fire, seen as a social custom or rite of passage in southern african tribes (verb): to cremate meat on a fire with the intention of eating it; to socialise in a charcoal smoke environment. (like a barbeque, but with real meat or chicken, not a burger patty)
